I am Gabriel Stein, and Stein Brothers Hot Sauce is a true family brand that my brother Eric, my two best friends, and I built from the ground up right here in Saint Louis.

I’m a Lindenwood University alumnus; wrestled for the Lions and also fought professional MMA — so grit, discipline, and taking care of people have always been part of my life. My older brother has special needs, and he’s my why in everything I do. I take care of him full-time, and this business lets me keep him by my side while creating something we’re all proud of.

The four of us make every bottle ourselves. We don’t cut corners, no seed oils, no preservatives, and no artificial food coloring. What you see on the label is exactly what’s inside.
